Processing scope
Signalbat processes information needed to run team accounts, sessions, billing, public demos, brand context, source monitoring, and daily Readings. The Privacy Policy describes the main categories of data and product purposes.
Security and subprocessors
Signalbat uses providers such as Cloudflare, WorkOS, Stripe, and AI or search services to host, authenticate, bill, monitor, and synthesize the product. Security measures include scoped account access, signed webhooks, hashed session tokens, and operational audit records.
Customer requests
Account owners can ask Signalbat about deletion, export, correction, access, or processor documentation. Some records may be retained where needed for billing, security, legal compliance, audit history, and service integrity.
